Room reservations become available on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 9:00am CST.
Make your room reservations for the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs 2024 Convention prior to the cutoff date Thursday, December 26, 2024, or until rooms are sold out.
The DoubleTree by Hilton, Bloomington-Minneapolis South accepts all major credit cards by phone or online only. Credit cards will not be accepted by mail as it is a violation of the Global Information Policy.

Call the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington-Minneapolis South and request the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs room rate to reserve your guest room or to make a change or cancel an existing reservation. You can also reference code MFJ when calling to get the group rate.

Cancellations & Early Departure:
To cancel a reservation, please do so before 5:00pm December 30, 2024 or you will be charged for a full one-night stay plus tax. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be assessed two nights of room and tax. Please be aware that there is a $50 early departure fee for checking out early without notifying the hotel before check-in.
